At America First Gear LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Please note: We are a small, patriot-owned business, and we personally handle every order with care. While we work hard to process returns and refunds as quickly as possible, we appreciate your patience and support as we grow.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for most items. Below, you’ll find details on how to initiate a return, exchange an item, and receive a refund.
Returns
• Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• To start a return, please contact us using the support email listed at the bottom of this page and include your order number.
• America First Gear LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions listed above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:
• Process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Send you an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item sent).
Late or Missing Refunds
• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
• Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund is posted.
• Next, contact your bank—processing times can vary.
• If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us using the support email listed at the bottom of this page.
Exchanges
Need a different size or item?
• Exchanges are allowed within 30 days if the item is in new condition.
• Contact us using the support email listed at the bottom of this page to start an exchange request.
Shipping returns
• To return a product, return instructions and the return shipping address will be provided after your return request has been approved.
• You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item.
• If you are shipping an item over $75. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Clearance or final sale items
• Worn or washed apparel
• Custom or personalized items
