2. Products & Availability
• America First Gear LLC strives to offer high-quality, American-made products. However, some items may not yet be 100% U.S.-made as we work to source fully American-made materials.
• We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time.
• Product colors, sizing, stitching, embroidery placement, and printed designs may vary slightly due to screen settings, manufacturing processes, embroidery methods, printing methods, and product variations.
3. Ordering & Payment
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• We accept payments through secure third-party processors. America First Gear LLC does not store or process payment information directly.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Shipping & Delivery
• We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future.
• Shipping times may vary. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit.
• Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays or transit issues are outside of America First Gear LLC’s direct control. However, we will do our best to assist customers with carrier claims whenever possible.
5. Returns & Exchanges
• We stand by our products and offer returns/exchanges under our Refund & Exchange Policy (linked separately).
• PRODUCTS MUST BE UNUSED and returned in new, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
6. Intellectual Property
• All logos, designs, and branding of America First Gear LLC are protected trademarks.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Unauthorized use of America First Gear™ branding, logos, artwork, graphics, product images, or website content may result in legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
• America First Gear LLC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use of our products or website.
• By purchasing from us, you agree to use our products responsibly.
• All products are provided “as is” without warranties except where required by law.
